Carla Petit
Chiropractor
N° RPPS 10111568472
Carla Petit is a qualified chiropractor, a graduate of the Franco-European Institute of Chiropractic (IFEC Toulouse), and an associate at Sophie Baltaci's practice.
It was during a stay in Canada that she discovered chiropractic — an encounter that shaped her entire career path towards manual healthcare.
Her five-year training at IFEC gave her a thorough understanding of the nervous system and its central role in musculoskeletal balance. She has a particular interest in managing neck pain and postural disorders related to office work.
Her approach focuses on restoring joint mobility and guiding each patient towards a better quality of life, combining chiropractic adjustments with everyday ergonomic advice.
Our Practice in Paris
The practice was founded by Sophie Baltaci in the heart of Paris's 2nd arrondissement, a central location easily accessible by metro. After more than ten years of practice, the clinic expanded to welcome a second chiropractor, Carla Petit, to meet growing demand.
Our choice of the 2nd arrondissement came naturally: situated between train stations, business districts, and residential areas, it makes it easy for patients to visit, whether for a lunchtime appointment or after work.

Our Treatment Approach
The first consultation begins with a thorough assessment: a detailed interview about your medical history, posture analysis, and comprehensive physical examination. If needed, we review your X-rays or imaging to establish a precise diagnosis.
Our treatments combine diversified spinal adjustments, joint mobilization techniques, and soft tissue work (muscles, tendons, fascia). Each treatment plan is tailored to your condition, age, and health goals.
After each session, we provide personalized advice: stretching exercises, postural corrections, and ergonomic recommendations to prolong treatment benefits and prevent recurrence.

Care philosophy
Our practice is patient-centered: we take the time to listen, explain, and support you at every step. We believe the body has a natural capacity for self-healing, and our role is to restore the optimal conditions for that capacity to express itself.
"My goal is to help each patient regain optimal mobility and lasting well-being. I firmly believe that the body has a natural healing capacity that must be supported with the right techniques."- Sophie Baltaci, Chiropractor
Our approach follows the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on chiropractic care and is based on the latest available scientific evidence.
